“I came to Kathmandu first time in 2013 and stayed in Royal Penguin 1 and I immediately fell in love with this hotel. So my 2nd time here, I decided to try Royal Penguin Boutique Hotel & Spa. And again nothing disappoints me. The staffs especially always deliver very good service. They're very professional and friendly. The management really did a good job training the staffs.”
