For your own safety, please do not disclose the login and password details to strangers. If you are leaving our hotel to return several days (or weeks) later, you may deposit your valuables in the safe at the hotel reception.

If you intend to come back much later, e.g. several months or years later, you are welcome to leave your valuables at the head office of our holding located in a different building. A supporting document will be enclosed with your valuables package. The names, surnames and passport numbers of all the individuals who have your permission to access the valuables will have to be included in that document.

If you plan to leave the items of high value for safekeeping, we will offer you a paid safe deposit box at a Katmandu bank.
Laundry, cleaner’s, ironing, reparing, shoe cleaning

Our hotel has its own laundry which ensures proper handling of your clothes.

Please put your items into the designated bag, fill out the enclosed form with the list of clothing items and turn the bag in at the reception or call a clerk to pick it up. Pressing and dry-cleaning are also available on your request.

We can have your clothing fixed quickly, if necessary.

We guarantee impeccable quality secured by the experienced staff, the use of state-of-the-art equipment and professional cleaning agents.
24-hour access to the first aid kit at the reception and arranging for medical care

We’ll be happy to arrange any other medical services, both on short notice or pre-ordered, if necessary (including locating the desired specialist, arranging a chauffeured vehicle and an English-speaking guide for your trip). We will set up a medical examination or consultations on individual preparations for trekking by a certified specialist, an X-ray or a dental appointment. We can also book an appointment with the paediatrician if you want to be sure your child is fine.

You can always request the medicines for the most common health problems from the reception.
