Kyangjuma
Kyangjuma (Kenjoma), 3,600m of altitude, is a small village near Khumjung, lying on the ascending route from Namche to Tengboche (Everest Base Camp trek).
It is situated in the Sagarmatha National Park on the west side of the Dudh Kosi River, high above the river bed. It takes half an hour to walk downhill from Khumjung to Kyangjuma and the welcoming Ama Dablam Lodge of Tashi. The path goes through rhododendron forests, where the lichens hung from the trees like giant spiders' webs.
The village has great views of Ama Dablam, Everest and Lhotse, as well as the Dudh Kosi valley.
North of the village the trail splits, one going steep up towards Gokyo and the other down towards Everest base camp.
Located at Ama Dablam and Everest viewpoint.
