Lhabarma

Lhabarma is a very small village (actually just one guesthouse), located at an altitude of 4,330 metres on the Gokyo trek, in the Dudh Kosi River valley between Dhole and Machermo, less then 1 hour uphill from Dhole. Here is the end of the forest zone and rocky highland landscape prevails. You can often see partridges at this altitude and higher.

From here there is a great view of Cho Oyu, Kantega and Thamserku mountains.
